Refund policy

At Auramony, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the following conditions.

Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to make a return.

Return Conditions
The item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Damaged, used, altered, or incomplete items will not be accepted.

Return Process
Please contact our customer service team at contact.auramony@gmail.com, including your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the return instructions within 48 hours.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we made an error or the product received is defective.
